Job Summary
The 5AM - 9AM Member Services Representative - will be responsible for creating a positive, start the day member experience through customer service excellence direct toward valued members, prospects, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk related activities including, but not limited to: 
  • Daily Open - Brand Excellence
  • Answer phones with candor and cordiality.
  • Assist with a variety of questions.
  • Warmly greet and direct new and existing members, guests, and prospects
  • Eager to engage new member enrollment
  • Tours
  • Member account maintenance 
  • Increase knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to answer questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner and/or alert Assistant Manager or Club Manager, as needed.
  • Assure club cleanliness and order.
Qualifications/Requirements 
  • Customer service and/or fitness experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for people, fitness, and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude!
  • Punctuality and reliability is mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • Exceeds member expectations.
  • Strong listener. Ability to empathize and problem solve.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
  • Use appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands 
  • Continual standing, walking, and often speaking during shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (lbs.) on occasion.
  • Materials Safety; proper use and personal protection equipment.
