Full Time • Alameda
The TEAM LEAD will be responsible for leading, initiating, and coaching the team in overall gym operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Model and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, team members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Initiate onboarding and developing a high performing member service representative.
  • Provide any support needed by Club Manager(s)
  • Resolving or deescalating club member issues or concerns.
  • Modeling consistent +1% customer service
  • Involved in all front desk related activities.
  • Check members in, new member sign up, tours/info calls, facilitate member requests, issues, and questions.
  • Initiating and coaching team members through Brand Excellence Standard for club cleanliness.
  • Coach peers on the why, how, what of PF cleanliness practices.
  • Understanding/Initiating Inventory supply orders processes. 
  • Understanding of basic statistics and abc reporting to assist with tracking or completion of daily paperwork if needed.
  • Assisting members with PF Mobile App to access workouts/assistance as needed (new & current).
  • Foster staff member understanding of general knowledge of the equipment in the facility.
  • Can successfully complete NMO classes with new and current members.

  • Has demonstrated consistent +1% customer service that aligns with the club culture.
  • Superior problem solving and resolution skills.
  • Exceptional reliability.
  • Completion of all PFU courses and consistent application of information to promote success when working with members/team
  • Consistently models PF leadership expectations.
  • Seeks opportunities for advancement.

 

 
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
