Planet Fitness- Fitness Trainer Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Fitness Trainer to join our team at Planet Fitness - Midwest Management Group in O Fallon, MO. As a Fitness Trainer, you will have the opportunity to help our members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. This Job will require travel between Wentzville MO, O'fallon MO, and Mid Rivers MO. This job will be following the fitness schedule at all 3 of these locations. 2 days a week at O'fallon, 2 days a week at Wentzville, and 1 day a week at Mid Rivers.
Responsibilities:
- Create personalized fitness programs for members
- Provide one-on-one and group fitness training sessions
- Motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the fitness area
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of exercise science
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Mornings, Evenings, and Holidays
- Passion for health and fitness
- Reliable transportation
