About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in members as they enter the gym
- Assist with new member sign-ups and tours of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment
- Answer phone calls and provide information to potential and current members
- Assist with member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor gym access and ensure only members with valid access are allowed entry
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of all members
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
