Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
·       Work as part of a small team to support local and regional marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate regularly with other teams, including Operations, Development, and Analytics, as well as external advertising and PR agencies.
  • Monitor and report on competitive landscape to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Research and make recommendations on community events, local businesses, and other opportunities for involvement.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of special events, and coordinate deliverables for sponsorships & partnerships.
  • Manage inventory and organization of marketing and event materials, including ordering collateral as necessary while adhering to a budget.
  • Manage 80+ club web pages, ensuring up-to-date club information, and coordinating professional photo shoots as necessary.
  • Maintain organization of digital assets, including professional photo libraries and various marketing collateral. 
  • Maintain organization of various calendars and project trackers simultaneously.
  • Assist with tracking campaign performance and analyzing promotional results.
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient, and highly organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally
  • Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth
  • Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in a fast-paced environment
  • Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!
  • Position will be hybrid based in our Foxborough, MA office, with occasional travel to other locations throughout New England.
