About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Lead at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Aurora, CO. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of front desk staff and fitness trainers
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
- Oversee gym cleanliness and maintenance
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Handle member inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fitness industry and equipment
- Customer service oriented and team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
