Overnight Member Service Representative - Mon - Thurs - 10pm-6am

About the Role:
Join Planet Fitness as an Overnight Member Service Representative and be the friendly face that supports our members during the night shift! This role is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about fitness and customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests during overnight hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist members with check-in and membership inquiries using our software systems.
  • Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues to ensure safety.
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer accurately at the end of the shift.
  • Promote membership deals and programs to enhance member engagement.
  • Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6 AM.
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
    6 month retention bonus of $500 
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
