About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Stillwater, MN, as a Personal Trainer! This role offers you the opportunity to inspire and guide our members on their fitness journeys while being part of a supportive and energetic community.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized workout programs for members based on their fitness goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress to ensure optimal results.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and motivation to help clients stay committed to their fitness plans.
- Lead group fitness classes, fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
- Educate members on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring equipment is in good condition.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.
Requirements:
- Current Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, etc.).
- Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of nutrition and wellness practices is beneficial.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
