About the Role:
As the Club Manager at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hesperia, CA, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our members. Join our team and lead a passionate staff in promoting health and fitness while ensuring exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve club goals.
- Manage membership sales and retention strategies to drive growth.
- Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote club programs and services.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages member engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within the fitness or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and implement effective strategies.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to member satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the fitness industry.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
