About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness in Waco, TX as a Member Services Representative Overnight! This exciting role is perfect for those who are passionate about fitness and customer service, helping our members achieve their health goals while ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests during overnight hours.
- Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
- Monitor gym equipment and ensure a safe workout environment.
- Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular facility checks to ensure operational standards are met.
- Support promotional activities and member engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.
