About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout programs for members.
- Lead engaging group fitness classes that motivate and energize participants.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help members stay committed to their fitness journeys.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment in accordance with company standards.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance member experience.
- Assist with membership retention through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Monitor member progress and adjust fitness plans as needed to ensure success.
- Promote a positive and inclusive gym culture that welcomes everyone.
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor with a recognized certification.
- Previous experience in a fitness training role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members.
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
