The Role: Club Manager

As a Club Manager, you are the CEO of your club.

You are responsible for:

  • Driving revenue

  • Protecting brand standards

  • Building talent pipelines

  • Executing company OKRs

  • Delivering Raving Fans-level member experiences

  • Producing consistent, profitable results

This role is not about maintaining status quo.
 It is about elevating performance.

Core Accountabilities

Performance & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive top-line revenue through memberships, retail, and amenities.

  • Analyze daily and weekly reporting to identify trends and implement corrective action.

  • Execute promotional initiatives and company OKRs with urgency and precision.

  • Hold your team accountable to sales and conversion standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain inspection-ready standards at all times.

  • Ensure equipment repairs and cosmetic upkeep are addressed immediately.

  • Enforce policies consistently and professionally.

  • Protect the integrity of the Judgement Free Zone® brand.

Talent Development

  • Recruit and retain high performers.

  • Coach underperformers or take decisive action when necessary.

  • Build bench strength for future leadership openings.

  • Conduct structured development sessions and performance accountability conversations.

Member Experience – Raving Fans Standard

  • Create an environment where members feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

  • Respond to member feedback swiftly and professionally.

  • Turn service recovery moments into loyalty-building opportunities.

  • Lead by example on the floor — visible, engaged, and solutions-driven.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of proven management experience.

  • Data-driven and comfortable making performance-based decisions.

  • Confident handling difficult employee and member situations.

  • High integrity with strong professional standards.
