About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Colorado Springs, CO, as a Front Desk Associate! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who love to engage with people and create a welcoming environment for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and membership inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Provide information about gym services, classes, and promotions.
- Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the team in promoting a positive gym culture and atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
