About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as a Customer Service Representative for Nights and Weekends! Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.
  • Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Process memberships and payments accurately using our software system.
  • Promote gym programs and services to enhance member engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.
  • Assist with member check-ins and manage guest passes.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

Compensation: $18.85 per hour
