About the Role:
Join the energetic team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as a Customer Service Representative overnight! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our members, ensuring a positive experience during their late-night workouts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
- Process new memberships and renewals efficiently.
- Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during overnight hours.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Promote a positive and inclusive gym culture for all members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym software.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
