About the Role: Monday-Thursday 6pm-10pm
Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness as a Night Club Cleaner! In this role, you'll help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our members during the late-night hours, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all club areas, including workout spaces, locker rooms, and restrooms.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and in optimal condition for member use.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient cleaning operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
