About the Role:

Join Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as an Assistant Manager and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive gym environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fitness and customer service, looking to lead and inspire others in their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Club Manager in daily operations and ensure a smooth running of the fitness center.
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive atmosphere for members and staff.
Oversee staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
Monitor gym facilities and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in the implementation of promotional events and membership drives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for all staff and members.
Support financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or fitness management is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fitness or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness programs.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
