Job Summary

The Club Manager oversees gym operations to deliver a welcoming, positive, and exceptional “Judgement Free” experience while ensuring the club’s financial success. Responsible for leading and developing a motivated team, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing daily operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere 
  • Oversee member service
  • Staff management
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff 
    • Create staff schedules
    • Provide coverage during absences 
    • Manage payroll and HR documentation
    • Resolve employee issues or concerns
    • Handle employee discipline, retraining, offboarding, and termination
  • Authorize expenditures, refunds, and make daily bank deposits
  • Oversee inventory, organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the club
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns, promotions, and offers 
  • Track operational statistics and reports 
  • Involved in all front desk operations
    • Greet members, guests, and prospects
    • Respond to member questions and concerns
    • Answer phones promptly
    • Check in members and update accounts
    • Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hardworking, diplomatic, and energetic
  • Positive and interpersonal
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands 
  • Remain standing or walking for extended periods 
  • Frequent communication, in-person and via phone
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely
Schedule Requirements 
  • Full-Time, in-person, Monday – Friday
  • Hours may fluctuate based on club needs

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
