About the Role:
Join PF Management Group as a Regional Manager in Butte, MT, where you'll lead our dedicated teams to drive operational excellence. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate management teams to deliver exceptional service and performance.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide support to local teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in a multi-site environment.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
