We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our Sparks Planet Fitness and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition for each of the coming week days.
Shift Position: Saturday - Sunday 10:30pm - 5:30am
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, spot checking, restroom cleaning etc)
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks, and sanitary duties
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Basic knowledge of Computer System
- Security of Location
- Understanding the chemicals and usage of each one
Requirements
- Positive Attitude towards Duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable working around members
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree
